The Open Society Foundations Africa (OS-Africa), launched a report, which is the updated-The Civil Society Guide to Regional Economic Communities in Africa on November 28-29, 2023. This study is timely, given that Africa, the AU and indeed the RECs have undergone major shifts and profound changes over the period since the study was first published, in 2016. This was an opportunity to have peer-to-peer learning and discussion sessions on CSO experiences and engagement with the respective RECs prior to the launching. The event took place in South Africa, Johannesburg.
