In accordance with its charter and its internal regulations, rules and procedures, the West African Civil Society Forum (WACSOF) is seeking, with the support of its partner OPEN SOCIETY FOUNDATION, a highly reputable firm that will provide professional external audit services. The selected firm will be responsible for the audit of management accounts and projects. WACSOF therefore invites all companies capable of providing this service to submit their technical and financial proposal in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP).
